Rebuilds

Our customer loved his old forklift and did not want to buy another as this was passed down from his father when he ran the business. So we took it in and rebuilt the tired engine and overhauled the brakes along with other minor work that was required.

A fresh service and thorough examination and it was back in action. Our customer couldn't have been happier, he loved it which in turn put a big smile on our faces.

This Combilift was a big challenge, a near total rebuild. 90% of the hydraulic lines were changed, selection of seal kits, front and rear screens switch gears; the lot. Once the work was carried out we then sanded the truck down and gave it a good steam clean followed by a complete paint job and new decals. The reason why the customer decided to go for a refurb was because a new one would have been too expensive for their budget and a used machine seemed to be just like their old one before a refurb and more cost effective.

We bought this BT pedestrian for our hire fleet. Very straight forward to refurb and cost effective. We always fit new batteries as these trucks are always on the go. Sand and paint ready to go.
